This question has been asked before, but I thought I would resurrect it...

What are your favorite commercial accounts (type of business or building & size) and why?

I'll start: Class A office buildings, 5,000sqft or bigger...

My all time favorite is a church I clean monthly. My second favorite is a country club I clean quarterly.

Hey Derek, how's it goin? As far as I know, office buildings are graded by appearance and other factors. The Class A buildings are those beautiful office buildings that normally house lawyers & maybe corporate headquarters for some medium size businesses...class b buildings are not as fancy.

Maybe someone else can chime in on this, I'm not sure if i'm totally correct.
