November 26 2007 at 11:42 PM

Just cracked open a new case today and I was told , by my wife and tech that the pads were shrinking, not too long after using them.I looked at them and they were also sort of warped\curling. Has anyone had this happen to them

Patrick,

We had a bad batch of beige 8" pads that were manufactured in October. The manufacturer of our pads has already stepped up to the plate and they've replaced all of the pads that were defective. Replacement pads have already been sent out to all of the customers we could track that received pads from the October run of pads. Perhaps you were missed. I apologize for that. And I apologize for your having a problem with the pads too. I don't like to see anything go wrong with anything we sell, yet unfortunate;y sometimes things happen. But we'll definitely get you taken care of ASAP. Please give us a call tomorrow so we can get your replacement pad order heading in your direction. Thanks.
