For all you dual cylindical brush machine users...

Has or does anyone use, with regular frequency,a crb on multi-level, patterned loop, with success? One of our contracts has this particular shaw product in their cottage bedrooms and while an OP would definitely suffice,I'm looking for more of a lighter, highly aggressive clean.

Lighter being the operative word here. Some of these cottages have up to 7 bedrooms, which isn't difficult by any means,it is just that they're literally spread out across 4000 sq.ft. in one of the units.Wanding them yesterday was fun but I can't really say that about quarterly.

Is CRB the same thing as CBM? If it is, then I'd have to say no. Ray will disagree with me, but my experience with residential grade carpets is that scrub-n-run encap. does nowhere near as good as OP.

OP with a Tuway pad would be my choice, unless a CRB is not what I think it is.

Hey Guys,

I have done this a few times, with good resaults, the carpet was newish and really not dirty. What I mean not dirty is that most people don't call me when thier carpets are at this state. i sure wish they did thou...

I used 2oz Ds+1oz punch.

Now,  is this really cleaning?  that's up for ones idea of clean....

i would have op'd it if i diddn't noticed resaults. I'm sure oping after that fact would have pulled dirt out. But you can pull dirt out after you hwe as well, as i have seen.

I am a huge fan of CRB (counter rotating brush machine) and I have cleaned plenty of the carpet Patrick speaks of. The key is the correct brushes (there are 5 different sets) ankle weights if needed and the correct juice. You will have to e-mail me on that. I like this system because of the weight issues, ease of use and end results. My customer/clients tell me they like it too. I use both encapsulant and film former. Ask a mate from halfway round the world (Shorty) about this. I always get a kick out the opposition to this system, I have been using it for 4 years with great results. We also use Cimex,Bonnet, OP, and Steamin Demons, but w/o a doubt this is my favorite.
