Doing more and MORE business via Email...anyone else?

supplying quotes / scheduling cleanings.

saves me a TON of time chasing down prospects & clients on the tele.


question: anyone found any negative consequences of losing contact with clients via the phone?

Hi DK,

yes, i find that the email route is good in many ways. I think that lots of professional people are very busy and just don't feel they have time to talk on the pnone.

Example: I had a mortgage specialist call to go and do an inspection on her home, and while she was talking to me she was at the same time talking to someone else as well. sO I SET THE DATE did the inspection and told her i will fax her the proposal today. She replied "thats fine but i won't get it til TOMORROW".

So what i did is i emailed it to her and faxed it as well. The proposal clearly says "RETURN PROPOSAL WITHIN 30 DAYS Please Sign & Fax.

I recieved, NOT A FAX, but an Email from her stating that she didn't understand the pricing. So i emailed it back explaining. Received a call 5 minutes ago from her asking if i could come in a couple of hours.

So it shows that email is invaluable. Just be specific in what you say via email, and thorough. Thats the key.
Customers wantto be able to be able to communicate with us lowly cc's not at the expense of their income source.

I've just won the trust of a high end custy via email.
She even ask if i have vouchers she want to net work.!
