Solution arm

Rick-
I was doing a job Saturday night, midnight - 4am, halfway through the job the arm for the solution valve came off the valve body would this be warranty unit new in July. Anyway got the job done opened the flow valve partially did a 3 row solution dispense at a time and then my 2 dry passes worked okay got the job done. 8 chairs, 1500 sf CGD, 200 ft foyer tile back home in a ice storm.
