Paper schredder oil

Has anyone cleaned up paper schredder oil off berber carpet.
Customer said that it was a pretty small spot to start with but it has growen over time.

You can blot the spot with a towel using Encap-Spot. Then proceed with normal cleaning using Encap-Clean or Encap-Clean DS.

i hear that crystalizers won't "encap" oils???

any dish tests to prove other wise would be nice???

Danny, that is not accurate. I don't profess to be a chemist, yet I've been fortunate to receive good guidance from a few sharp folks who know a thing or two about polymer chemistry. And I've learned that an elementary function of polymer chemistry is that oils can be absorbed into select polymers. Certain polymers can draw and hold oils within their molecular bonds.
