auto scrubber

I do mostly decorative concrete staining. I have been using a swing machine with nylo grit brushes to clean concrete as prep. Then mop or vac to remove water and debris. On real large jobs I have used a 20-26" battery auto scrubbers instead. On smaller jobs under 2000 sq ft with rooms those scrubbers are more of a pain than helper.
Question, have any of you used the smaller 16-17" corded auto scrubbers or the ones that look like a lawnmower from Powerflite? I need something than puts down water, scrubs aggressively on concrete then vacuums it up leaving a dry floor. Thanks

"scrubs agressive" those are very key words.
small machines don't usually do this.
