Working on a video to send to customers explaining the encap process

I have been trying to modify some of my previous lectures to provide a logical explanation of how the encapsulation process actually does it's job. Take a look and feel free to make suggestions. Oh,try to ignore the automotive references. They obviously do not apply.

A simplified definition of encapsulation :-)

That makes everything perfectly clear.
I couldn't have said it better myself.

Here's an overly simplified definition of encapsulation:

"With encapsulation cleaning the vanderwahls forces which bind soil to carpet fiber are counteracted as we simultaneously displace soil into a polymeric suspension which thereby remains inert as complete dissipation of moisture and subsequent crystallization transpires enabling the full potential of soil extraction to take place during the post vacuuming process."

Overly Simplified???????????

December 18 2007, 3:24 PM

Not sure that is overly simplified, sounds complicated to me. Hey but what do I know I am only a carpet cleaner.

i totally, 100% concur with Patrick.

what is the purpose of explaining your process? is it something they've asked about? or something that you are nervous about and might be creating doubt in your clients / prospects minds?

i haven't watched your vid - takes too long with dial up. but does it explain how you go about cleaning with your cimex / encap??

if so, you are giving your clients / prospects all the training they need to do it themselves, all in a neatly packaged video that they can watch over and over...they should really appreciate it.

i'd rethink this approach.

a demo gives all the explaining they need to see that you will provide them with cleaner CGD carpet than they've ever experienced.

thanx --- Derek.

i had a customer ask "where does the dirt go", i didnt know what to say so i said it ate it.(the cimex)
ive told another person that too and it got smiles each time.

of course i tried to explain it but by then it didnt matter they were impressed with the results.

Derek,

Thats is absolutelythe same thing i had in mind. If they can get results of a cimex/releaseit method at a in-house cost they will most likely take that route.

Steve r you cracked me up with that one. It ate it. thats hilarious. lol

Thanks for the laugh!

Thanks

It's all so clear to me now....

That some people obviously replied without actually watching the 1:49 long video.  No names mentioned of course.  But if this were a Nascar race they would be in cars 4, 5 and 8.

I am glad you posted that video I am now referring all clients there so that they will realize that my prices are EXCELLENTO!!!!!!!!!!!

Also reminds me of a phrase my dad used to say: "If you can't dazzle 'em with your brillance, befuddle 'em with bull****".

What an automatically smart bulleting board.  Since I have no internal filters (at times) I actually typed the word "bull****".  The software scrubbed my potty mouthed "bull****" clean and replaced it with "bull****" on it's on.

Either that or Ricky is an awfully fast editor.
