Releasit® Encap-Punch and stain resistant carpets

Hello,

I'm planning on using Releasit® Encap-Punch for hot water extraction. 8oz per gallon prespray. When I rinse the carpet, how many ounces of punch/gallon do I have to use?

Is this product safe for stain resistant carpet? Is Encapspot safe for stain resistant carpet as well?

I was reading the forum, and read about a 50/50 ratio - was this referring to water to punch, or water to ReleaseIt DS for spot cleaning?

I find that it works best for me if you use about 2 oz. for every 5 gallons of water in a portable extractor and in a truckmount system, put about 32 oz in your 5 gallon stock tank and meter it into your system between 2 and 3 on your meter.

The directions on the jug state "1-2 ounces per gallon" for portables.

Yes it is safe for 5th generation nylon/stain resistant carpeting.  I fact it includes some amount of Soileze protector in the Punch itself.

50/50 mixture is DS for tough spots.
