I have cleaned this Dentists office about 2 times a year for 4 years. It is real dirty and the carpet is about 15 years old. It comes out pretty good but not perfect. They are real happy with us because the results are much better than when anyone else ever cleaned it. I always Cleaned it with my truckmount.

I just cleaned it a few days ago. I decided to encap it this time. They were not there so they had no idea I did anything different. I told my Wife if they complain it is because I encapped it this time.

The next morning we have a message on our voice mail. She said the carpet looked like brand new and they just wanted to say whatever we did this time please do it everytime. They were blown away with the results.

I just want to say thanks to Rick for spending all that time at Mikefest with me in 2004. I was real sceptical on encapsulation at the time. I am so sold on it now and I use it on most of my commercial accounts. That machine has made me so much money and most importantly put a huge smile on so many of my customers faces.

No Marty, I have been using my Cimex since 2004. There are still some commercial jobs I steam clean.

We use it on all commercial. We even had a place where they rebuild transmissions all day. It is a transmission repair chain that tries to have all transmissions in stock. So they take yours off your car, grab a rebuilt one off the shelf and install it. Then they rebuild yours offsite. The place we cleaned was the offsite rebuild office. It is in a warehouse complex with about 400 sf of office all in one room. The place was full of grease, staples, gum, etc. Cleaned right up with the Cimex and DS. Took me about 45 minutes from arrival to departure. The guy was totally amazed. So use it on all commercial because there are not many limitations.
