Wow! Great job!

What equipment do you use to encap? Do you use pads or brushes?

Thanks.

Thanks guys,

This was located in the reception area of an oil field company. The soiling was mainly oil/grease and dirt. Because of the oil I used Encap-Punch. I pre-vacuumed then sprayed the Encap-Punch with a hand sprayer, used a microfiber car wash mitt followed by a light misting of Encap-Punch and went over the piece again, this time using a microfiber towel.

I didn't know about the "Roto-Brush" at the time, that would have worked well to pre-scrub with.

We were there cleaning the carpet also. I pre-vacuumed the carpet then while my son was cleaning the carpet I cleaned the love seat. The charge for the love seat was $85.00 and it took me about a half hour.
