| I got my Releasit CMS cd, and just had a chance to look at it thoroughly today. All I can say is how can your target clients say NO? The presentation, flyers, forms, sales strategies, etc. are so well put together. It has "PROFESSIONAL" written all over it.
IF you can live up to your end of the bargain, everything is here for you, already made.
I cannot even start to imagine how many hours it would take someone to put something like this together, not to mention how much it would cost to pay someone to do it for you.
My wife and I are thrilled with this marketing tool. We've never had a problem marketing our janitorial cleaning service, but now we feel confident that we can do the same as we pursue commercial carpet cleaning accounts.
Thank you very much Rick for all of your efforts in producing such a fine product.
I will keep everyone posted as to the results we get. It won't be overnight, but I can see good things happening with a little persistence.

Thats not that can do, get up and go at em, happy feel good attitude that you need here. If they say no then YOU are doing something wrong. And if they still say no then you need to go out and buy, all of Jeffrey Gitomer's books and of course Napoleon Hill's books and The E-Myth Revisited.
And then if they still say no, well. Then your still doing something wrong. Remember its not them its YOU.
Your not good looking enough or your breath stinks, or you dont wink at the gate keeper or you got a booger hanging out your nose. But its always you, not them.

A 6ft blonde, with her boobs popping out of her shirt. Thats how the phone co's do it. Both my yp and yellow book reps suckered me in by a good looking ad rep. |

You could dye your hair blond and get a boob job. Your wife might be a little uncomfortable with you in public, but your sales would be up and you did'nt have to hire anyone.
Just thinking out of the box.

"And then if they still say no, well. Then your still doing something wrong. Remember its not them its YOU."
Nuff Said- Hard to hear for many people but VERY true none the less (99.9% of the time, and no you are not the .01% either). Make you own luck,

Of course I was exaggerating when I said "how can anyone say NO." Hyperbole.
Trust me, I've heard NO many, many times. But just like when you get some good fishing gear, of course you're not going to catch every fish, but you feel like you have a better shot!
I just know how hard it is to try and put some marketing flyers, forms, etc, together, and it still looks like a bad collage!
I also love the writing. Very convincing, yet not forceful.

Legend has it that Pablo Picasso was sketching in the park when a bold woman approached him.
“It’s you — Picasso, the great artist! Oh, you must sketch my portrait! I insist.”
So Picasso agreed to sketch her. After studying her for a moment, he used a single pencil stroke to create her portrait. He handed the women his work of art.
“It’s perfect!” she gushed. “You managed to capture my essence with one stroke, in one moment. Thank you! How much do I owe you?”
“Five thousand dollars,” the artist replied.
“B-b-but, what?” the woman sputtered. “How could you want so much money for this picture? It only took you a second to draw it!”
To which Picasso responded, “Madame, it took me my entire life.”
In a similar respect, the CMS program is a culmination of 25 years of trial and error in the cleaning business, combined with reading a lot of business books and attending business seminars. Kind of a home brewed business/marketing education! I then poured a ton of time and energy into this project. So I'm truly happy to see that it's now helping cleaners to make their job of selling easier! Thanks for your feedback

Thanks Rick for not charging us $5000 for it, too, even though it probably is worth more than that, if put to good use.
