Are you guys printing the postcards @ home? After you print them out where do you get them cut at? It looks tough to keep those borders straight.

I print at home on a Brother HL-4040CN Color Laser Printer (buy toner on the web- MUCH better prices).

I cut my cards with one of these bad boys available at Wal-Mart or any office supply store...http://www.officedepot.com/a/products/836650/Personal-Paper-Trimmer/

There are also heavier duty versions for more money, but I'm a freaking cheapskate (ask my ex-wife).

Printing Postcards

Don't you have settings in your printer where you can control the size of the card? I have a H.P. printer and can specify that I want to print a card 4x6 with or without borders. It also lets me select the type of paper I'm printing on also.
