Releasit Ds was used, The Red Label stuff.
I used the white pads from Excellent Supply, for the Restaurant, and for the Bar area, I used the more aggressive beige pads.
The difference is in the Carpet fibers. In the bar, it is very cheap and aggressive commercial. I felt it would have chewed up the pads too quickly if they were too soft. I did do a test patch but did not like the results as much.
For the rest of the area as well as the original Restaurant, I used the softer white pads Both are from Excellent Supply. Both of the Restaurants have nice carpet with deep plush pile. A note on the bottom pics, for some reason the owner refuses to use a degreaser in the kitchen to clean the floor with and only uses bleach so each time I go back it looks like hell. But, never as bad as when I first went there. The Releasit does help to prevent resoiling even in this place. I also have to extract some from the carpet on the ramp to the kitchen, as the grease is soooo heavy, the slurry looks like I am stripping a floor.. LOL
For the solution, the original lower Restaurant pics and the Bar at the top I used 6 onces to the gallon, because they were so bad. At the openings of the high traffic areas, I also used the little extractor/spotter you can see just to pick up some of the extra juice. There was lots and lots of oil and other residue. Releasit Ds works on the oils, but I find you need to remove the excess slurry with an extractor or even a shop vac, then I just hit it quickly again with the Releasit so it can do its thing. My thought is there is just too much slurry/junk so I remove some so the solution can do what it needs to.
I also did the 26 bar chairs you can see in the pic as well, sprayed first with some bio-spot & stain, let sit, then hit it with Releasit DS, scrubed with fabric brush, rubbed/wiped with a white towel, then extracted the excess moisture. The extractor has a clear nozzle and the fluids !!! where running brown. Too much spilt gravey.. LOL The arms and the tops of the chairs were the worse areas with lots of deep embedded grime, so it made them look much better and smell better as well.
Thanks for the words guys, I have lots of other pics, but I have only been doing this for 8 months with the Cimex so you probably have much more.

ps. shock and horror, I also use my MEX, love that.. as a stripper and buffing machine for VCT and buffing only on wood. I will be using a different solution on the wood soon, thanks to Jeff
