I've given up

Shorty

Several emails to Steamin Demon.

Not one reply.

Customer service (to me) is not abysmal.

It appears to be non existent.

Looks like I wait until I get over there and try one out, then see if I can get one second hand.

If anyone can supply me with the details for the vac; motors and waste pump-out, I would be very greatfull.

Cheers,

Shorty.

PS ::: Maybe Rick will sell me a cheapie (demo model), at a good price

The national account executive for Stemin Demon Monte Davis will be at the www.procleanersnetwork.com Tuesday March 4th. Maybe you can find out why you're not getting a response. I should be able to get his direct phone number if you can't wait until then.

Shorty the Vac motor is a either a 3 stage vac 10.7 or a two stage vac 11.7 amps. the pump out is 1.6 amps

If you need vac motor CFM and Lift #s 117 SEald vac and 99 cfms
the two stage has more lift and CFM but I am not in the office today to have those figures.

pump out is by Proven Pumps it is a pump pony

Float is by Rule

I usually stay of of things like this out of respect for Rick

I am one of the original Reps for the Demon Co when they first started selling the Demon II and find it hard to believe you not getting answers. Susan has always gotten me any info I need

IF you need any other help as I stated before let me know we have specs on all the parts for the machines
