Rick: Idea for a new brush for Pad Driver

Hey Rick,

I saw a brush for carpet and upholstery that was used for the Porter Cable orbital polisher that has a velcro back. Unfortunately, it's only 5 inches.

Have you considered a brush that would fit right on your pad driver with velcro? Would be great for us Makita owners to have a brush option, as well as the ability to quickly switch between a brush and a pad or bonnet.

Interesting idea. Thanks for the suggestion. Designing and tooling up to produce any new product is the expensive part, so it would require a potential number of sales to get to a break even point. I'm not sure if there would be sufficient demand to make this feasible. But thanks for the idea.

Makes sense. I might just get a smaller backing for the makita for now so that it can use these brushes. Small brush is better than no brush.
