After talking to Rick back in December I got enough courage to go into a BIG clothing retailer here in Florida and ask them if I can quote them on carpet cleaning...The local store measured out at 21,000 sqft of carpeting. Never heard back from them...Well 3 days ago the senior store manager calls me out of nowhere and wants a demo, so I did it yesterday - I cleaned (Encap w/ cimex & releasit)her office and a small work area for free...Well to say the least she was floored! And just my luck the district manager walks in and saw the cleaning...If it works out and they like my bid, they told me that they have 45 stores that they might be interested in having me clean. Yikes! Man, if that happens, I will have quite a logistical problem of hiring employees and getting more equipment.

I dont want to go over my head, but you know, business is all about risk taking...I did the same thing when the hurricanes hit here in Florida and I was just 2 months into the biz...I ended up over my head in a big WDR job, so I called in a friend and we both tackled it (He has 3 trucks and a few employees) and we both did well...So the point is GO FOR IT! Go for the big stuff if you can...

Needless to say if I get the job i'll be a little freaked out, but with guys like Rick helping me out, I know it will all work out...

1 more cimex and this 21,000 sqft job will cut down to about 6 hours. Plus they give you all of the other stores that will pay for another couple of cimexes. Got some family you can trust and need a few extra $$$$$, let them push a cimex.

There is always Labor Ready for temp employees.

What a horrible problem you have now, LOL!

I haven't even started encaping yet, but that is a very encouraging experience to get me selling once my equipment arrives.

Congrats...too much work can be a good problem. We have started to business to business phone marketing this past week. Can I email you a few questions about the store you received work from. Curious about pricing and such.
