Carbon on carpet

What would be the best way to remove this if only using Cimex? This was tracked in on somebody's boot from a chemical plant.

Vacuum, vacuum, vacuum.

Then clean like normal with Encap-Punch and Encap-Clean.
Use cool/warm water - not hot.

It should come out alright.

Vacuum is most important when dealing with this. Then clean like normal.

I used to do carpets for a carbon black plant in a former city I lived in. Carbon was a fact of life on those carpets. Like Rick said, vacuum, vacuum vacuum. Prespraying with a little heavier solution of Punch and then encap as normal. The odd heavy spot might require a bit of citrus gel.
