Best Commercial Space to Target?

What is your preferred commercial space to market to?

I know some of us want big office buildings, others retail space and others small commercial space.

What do you market to and why?

I like ALL of it

Larger accounts are ideal, since there's greater potential.

But it's all good!
...all except restaurants, and hotel rooms; they're more trouble than they're worth.

I know Rick and I differ on this a little but that's ok I still like him.

I like to target commercial buildings that are under 15,000 sf. Alot of these types of buildings are owned locally. I can usually talk to an owner, not a manager and can get a decision made quickly. Also, these type places generally don't shop the price too much. I find they are more interested in quality. Plus there are a lot of these types of buildings in my area and I know a lot of people that own them. This always helps.

I do also clean larger stuff it just seems easier to me to land the smaller accounts.

I do agree with Rick that restaurants and hotels are not worth it. I would also have to add apartments to that list for me. The only restaurants I clean have all sought me out and begged me to clean for them. They also pay me better than they were paying their previous cleaners.
