Best product for pet urine

I have used pros choice molecular modifier, ups and odorcide 210 with a water claw, I do everything they say but i still dont get all the smell out. the only way i was able to get the smell out from my moms cat was to pull up the carpet and replace the pad and treat the subfloor. Do you recommend use a pre conditioner and a eliminator. Any brands people like? Enzymes or no enzymes?

My experience has been with Bridgepoint's Kleen-N-Treat, followed by Rinse-N-Treat.

I have Pros Choice OSR, but have not had a  chance to use it yet.  But other boards that seems to be the hands down favorite.

Of all types of urine,animal-human,male-female,as well as a multitude of other circumstances that can affect urine,feline is the most stubborn.
