The 110000 sq. ft. bldg. would come in at $11000.00 I would bid it at .09 bringing the total to $9900. Four figures looks a little more palatable than five figures. I might even go as low as 8 cents on a job this big.

depending on the nature of the job i'd might even concider .07.5 per s.q. (open area, no obsticles, ect.) just to lock it in for sure.

This will be a contract they had there last person for 3 years and they dont show up sometimes so looking for a change im carefull not to have all my eggs in one basket but to have alot of eggs in diffent baskets i always pay myself a salary so i dont over spend and i could buy a new van at anytime to handle more accounts when need to..Thanks for the info i think this carpet thing could work out for me...

I know it can work for you Scott.

Its just a matter of putting things in perspective and making it work. If you decide you don't want it then just let me know and lets negotiate me leaving my part of town and i'll take care of it for you. (SMILE) But serious!

Get that money man. $200,000 in 6 months. I can be out there with Shorty & Rick for the other 6 months with that kind of money.

Thanks

On a job that big wouldn't it be wise to try and sell them on the perpetual clean program?

They clean all of the carpets every three year but all hallways 2 times a year this is what they pay for he will tell the tenants to use me in between the 3 years. so after the fisrt cleaning dont seem to bad to keeep up with everything..

This would be a prime opportunity for using the Perpetual Clean program in the CMS package. Big accounts like this one is what that strategy is designed for.
