Best commercial accounts

I got my new machine and on monday i am going to use it for the first time. Does anyone have any advice on how to get the best cleaning or what pads you recommend? I didn't realize how heavy the machine is. I got the 19 cimex. WOW. My brother is going to help me because i cant lift that beast by myself. He has ramps we are going to use to my butler van. I am cleaning a 4000 sqft medical office that i have cleaned with my rx20. I didn't like the way i looked after i was done. I started using bridge point ecap spray after i was done and that helped. I am really excited to see what this machine can do. I hope it is everything everyone says it is. Also I want to know what everyone thinks the best commercial accounts are to have and how much you charge per sqft. I am charging .16 a sqft. Any advice would be appreciated.

Welcome to the elite world of Cimex/Releasit carpet care!

You're gonna love it.

What kind of commercial work is best? It's all good. Well it's mostly all good. Really anywhere there is commercial carpet is your playing field. Offices, offices, offices. The accounts to really focus on are the larger offices and office buildings! Public buildings can be good too; such as libraries, schools, airports, and medical centers/hospitals. Some retail is still good, yet it isn't as juicy as it used to be. Banquet rooms, meeting rooms and convention centers, bowling alleys, etc. It's all good.

I wish you success with your new machine! If I can help you in any way let me know. And all the awesome guys and gals on this forum can be a great source of info too. Enjoy!

just use all the stuff that Rick G sells. This is a system that is NOT broken so please dont try to fix it like I see others doing all the time.

Even I tried 10 other encap juices and 80% did not stand up to the job.

We should all post video of how we lift our equipment on the van.

Best commercial accounts are the ones that pay on time LOL. I would suggest mixing a few different ones so if one slacks during a season they all don't follow suit. Your pricing seems very good mine varies determined by travel, furniture moving soil levels etc, send me your emial address and I'll send you a picture of fold down ramps I built cheap. My email is jeffvanburen@hotmail.com
As far as advice use Ricks pads , Realeasit DS, Punch

my kit came with the fiber plus pads. Is that the best pads to use. It is a commercial glue down carpet. In the cimex demo the lady is using some kind of white brush pads to clean carpet. that is the brush pad right. What do you guys recommend the fiber or brush pads. I only have the fiber pads right now. Also how do you recommend cleaning with solution on and off. One wet pass and one dry or one wet two dry or what works best for you guys. I appreciate the advice. thanks

Highly recommend fiber plus or fiber plus max for the real nasties. Normally 1 wet 2 dry passes unless lightly soiled then you can feather the solution handle and keep the pads damp and go. Have you seen Ricks video access from above menu. On real heavy soiled I prepsray with punch then 1 wet with DS and 2 dry

I watched the video and it gave me some good info. I will learn as i go ya know. So i guess the fiber plus pads work the best. I hope i see a difference right away like the pictures. I am going to take my camera so i can have before and after pictures. Now about prices to charge for commercial cleaning. I charge less if there is more carpet. What does everyone think is good prices for commercial work? I just dont get it. My brother does painting on the side and he charges 2.50 a foot and he does less work then me. Why is carpet cleaners so bad if we want more money for our work. That another reason i got this machine no gas. I have a butler van with a v8 engine. I use a lot of gas doing commercial jobs. thanks
