So I watched this video yesterday before I placed my order for some pads online. While placing my order I wrote the staff a little note saying now that Rick and Nancy are back my order will probably go out pretty quick. Just razing them. I got an email back from them saying:

Hi Kevin :

Hope you don't mind, but we spilled a little wine on your FP pads.

Your invoice is attached.

Thank you for your business - we appreciate it very much.

When Brenda saw the message on your online order she busted out laughing, and then she told me what you wrote. So we decided to send you that message about spilling wine on your package.

I only wish it was true. Sadly, we seldom drink wine at work during the week. Occasionally, at the end of the day on Friday, and on occasion at our monthly Saturday staff meetings. But it hasn't yet occurred on a Tuesday afternoon. We'll have to see if we can fit that into the itinerary.
