on my way to clean a concrete floor

I'm pretty sure I'll use the Cimex with the grout brushes and maybe 25Lbs of weight. We are just cleaning it, that's all and I have not seen it yet. It is a gym floor with painted lines. I don't have an auto scrubber. Any thoughts on this? Will I need the weight? Should I use pads instead of brush?

You should use the extra weight and the grout brushes. Unless it's a polished (smooth) concrete floor. If it's smooth without texture, you'll be better of using pads. You'll likely need a wet vac too. The style of wet vac that I like best have the squeegee attached to the front like the Koblenz wet vac in this picture.

Since it is a GYM Floor
the floor has to be smooth or people would get hurt.
pads are a must I do not use a Cimex, but I would not need weights with my rotary.

Rick is correct a wet vac with a squeegee is a must, I always use equipment with out cords as much as possible when doing large areas. If you get this as a regular account I would get an auto scrubber or at the very least a battery operated wet vac.

had a 20 gallon wet vac but it has a wand...no big deal...got the job done in great time and the warden was quite happy.
