Commercial glue down carpet squares coming up

I have cleaned the same commercial space three times. Before i started the job i noticed that the carpet squares seams where coming up. Before i got my cimex i used a rx20 with hwe. I seems like the seams are getting worse. Has anyone had this problem with glue down carpet squares. I was told by someone that you cant clean with hwe because it will make the glue come loose. The place i clean doesn't do a good job with vacuuming and has now entry rugs when you come in. so the get a lot of dirt and water in the spots where your see the most loose seams. This is another reason i got the cimex low moisture.

if they're coming loose it is more likely improper installation.

or maybe they had water damage which loosened the glue.

or severe HWE operator error.

thanx --- Derek.

Carpet squares will not be affected by the Cimex. Quite the contrary - you'll be able to slide back and forth over a completely loose tile, and nothing will happen at all. Gotta love the planetary action! And the low moisture aspect of the encap process is helpful too.
