I ordered a kneenrite machine from you about one month ago and have not heard a thing about it. It was bought while you were gone on vacation. Would you look into it please, I need it as soon as I can get it. Thanks, Harold

Hi Harold,

I will check with Kleenrite tomorrow (Monday). Kleenrite has a number of configurations available for each of the models they manufacture. They actually build all their machines to order. The downside is that it usually takes a little longer since each machine is essentially custom built. It normally takes anywhere from 2-4 weeks to get a machine built. The upside is that you'll end up with an excellent machine (one of the best in the industry). I'm sorry it has taken longer than expected. I will check and see what I can do to expedite this and get it to you ASAP! Thanks for being patient.

If we screwed up I'd readily admit it Marty. Not a problem there. The fact is that Kleenrite is slow. They build great machines! But it takes time to get 'em.

We're talking about Kleenrite.
They're two different companies.
And Bridgepoint Direct is a third company.


This is the kind of confusion that occurs when hog farmers are allowed access to a computer and the internet. They really need to stop providing internet privileges at the public library.

Your machine was shipped from Kleenrite on 4/22/08 and is scheduled to arrive on 4/30/08. We left you a message on your voice mail with this info too.
