MaskMan

Saturday evening there was a leak from the upper floor came through the ceiling tile down to the banks carpet. (COMMERCIAL GLUE DOWN CARPET TILES)

Sunday goes by and monday comes around, the bank opens and there is a 75s.f. water stain. For the most part it was dried up but slightly damp. My Tsunami could not extract anything cause there was nothing to extract.

would you recomend chaanging out affected area or Bonnet cleaning will help it? The light odor.

Thanks
The Mask Man

Encap with Releasit and your Cimex. That's all that's needed.

You could add some Citric Acid powder to your Releasit to stop the browning (1 tablespoon per gallon).

And treat the edge (perimeter) of the spill the same way you would treat a spill stain. That will prevent the line around the perimeter from giving you a wicking problem.
