Wayne L Hendrickson

i just signed a contarct to do 8000 sf per month.
Carpet is yellow with some red stripes but hass the carpet has a dark overtone across the carpet.

Regular cleaning with the DS picks up some of the soil but it is not where i would like it to be.
I am hoping to really WOW this customer. Thay have a lot more building to clean and I have OCCD!!

Any suggestions?
Thanks

If your using the Cimex and you have a CRB or pile lifter try pre-spraying with Punch, scrub it with your CRB or pile lifter let dwell 10 min. and mex it with DS. I found on some carpets it makes a big difference.

IT sounds like you need to flush the toilet /empty the garbage can. Extract the carpet, now you are working with a carpet that you know is as clean and soil free as you can get it. After you may need to encap using a pad of some sort if it wicks i personally have little wicking problems.

Now this carpet can be easily maintained encaping it for quite sometime. We always extract new contact accounts unless they are lightly soiled.

I agree with the extraction advice.

I am turning into the king of hotels and getting tons of experience in this arena. I do NOT extract (I will start though) but i do go through a ton of pads. (absorbent)

In some areas i can encap while others I have to padcap.
