Just got my Turbo HybridApril 30 2008 at 4:43 AM | Thomas Owens |
| My turbo hybrid just came via ups today from Rick. Great price and fast shipping, even to little ole Hawaii! Thanks Rick!
I was given a used redline spinner to me by someone who sold me some equipment. I'm so glad I decided to get a turbo hybrid. It is just designed so much better. The teflon ring, the auto pressure relief, the handlebar style grip, lightweight, and very attractive. I haven't even used it yet, but can see what the fuss was all about. Highly recommended.

Enjoy your new Turbo Thomas.
It's the best hard surface tool out there right now.
Thank you for your order!

The best one I have used so far is the Pro Racer
It has wheels is 20 inches and uses a separate motor to spin the jets so you do not waste any pressure. I will use a hard surface wand with internal jets for any area that is not reachable for the turbo tool.
20 inches chews up a lot of space quickly |

Hi David
Yah, I thought the same thing when I bought my Pro Racer. If you know of anyone that wants one, they can buy mine at a very reasonable price. (Used less than 6 times and it has those pointless wheels with it too) It actually doesn’t clean any better than my Turbo and if by any chance you think a Turbo leaves to much water on the floor (a real sore spot with me) than you better have on your galoshes because the squeegee on the Pro Racer – in spite of looking very, very cool – is utterly worthless. But as they say, “To each his own.” That withstanding, let me know if you know of someone that wants one please, I’m eliminating as much old equipment as I can right now.

David You must have gotten a LEMON or I got the a rare good one.
I do not have much water under my Racer. The reason I bought it was I tried others that were completely useless would either lock down on the floor or not pick up. Now this was in the early stages of turbos coming out in this industry.
I have a Typhoon and some other brand in my shop if anyone wants them. Maybe a cleaners tag sale some where would be fun.
If I stated it cleans better I misspoke, my comment should have been that 20 inch machine will clean more space faster.
David the wheels come off easily and you can use the Racer with out them. I bought mine before the wheels came with it, the wheels were sent to me when they added them to the Racer.
I use the wheels when doing out side work as I do a lot of concrete cleaning out side for those resturants they everyone says to away from (but that is a whole other post)
I know several people using the Races with out problems and talked with them before the purchase. As you stated to each his own.

Seems like equipment is a lot like electronics. Wait a little while after something is released, then you'll get a better version at a lower price. But how long can you wait is the question.
With equipment it's a lot different, though. If you NEED it now, you need it now.
Can't say the same thing about a 50" plasma. |

You guys are nuts...the mytee is twice the tool the others are...
yes the sux-12 feels like a tinker toy...but so does the hybrid...forgot my spinner one day and had to rent a hybrid....ewwwwwwww it was light weight, bounced everywhere, and once you use the handle in a back and forth, that side motion sucks...and the dont tell me you can walk back and forth, its a pita... |
