Not to be

The pile is sooooo beat up where that gray junk is and probably smells like cat pee. This floor I would encap it and HWE. Reason to HWE is because it hasn't been cleaned in ages. Actually I would never even clean this house, cause I can imagine what the people look like and by the way the walls look they don't care about anything. It wouldn't be hard to price this job out of their budget. I would bet the check would bounce all the way to your van. This is a CASH up front job only.

Actually I could clean this house for $3.83. $3.73 for a gallon of gas and .10 for a book of matches.

Wrong customer

STOP!

You are heading in the wrong direction Alex. This NOT your customer. Regardless of how much they agree to pay, or don't agree to pay, this is NOT the customer to pursue. Don't waste your time pursuing junk like this. Go for good customers that have the potential to reward you for your services and will refer you to their other clean friends who have money. Serving the bottom wrung of society is not only depressing to you as a business man, there is simply no future in it.

I couldn't pass it up.

May 4 2008, 12:53 AM

Pass up what?

The oportunity to really see what the releasit encap juice can do. And to find out the answer in 2.75 hours and go home with $250.00 in pocket, wellll, just couldn't pass it up. Besides, I need a good before & after photo for my Website.

Before I posted those photos the job was already done.
I Cimexed using 3-1/2 gal of water with 10oz. Punch per gal. / 6oz. of DS per gal. / 1 set fp max pads / followed by OP with HOS cotton, no juice. (no helpers) (Upstairs with no risers) (No furniture/item move)

No HWE this time Charles. The lady was due for inspection by section-8 and was doomed before they even stepped in the door with carpet looking like that. I agree with you the Whole house should be clean everyday.

Thanks

Yes Rick, you truly have some good JUICE there bud!!!

I heard you loud and clear. Thanks for the WARNING which i am heeding. I certainly refuse to be the EXAMPLE. Thanks for the warning.

I will be having my website rebuilt and he told me to get some good before & after photos and this was a perfect oportunity so i ceased it.

These were taken soon after i cimexed and before op'ing.

Now that i really look, there not very good shots after all.
But the Lady was WOW'D. Her exact words were:
"It's a miracle! No more pajama parties, and all shoes must be taken off before entering the house".
Her JOY became my joy. I was glad i could help her.

Thanks

Well I'm glad it ended well for you. My response was only meant to serve as advice on what NOT to pursue. But I also recognize that it is fun to push the envelope sometimes and see how far you can go with the cleaning system. You performed as close to a miracle as possible there. Well done Alex.

I agree with you mask man. I have done a few jobs like that. Usually for landlords not the renter. Landlords pay to have you save there carpet from having to be replaced. Tenant paying me would have made me nervous but would have done it anyway. Would have used my cimex to adgitate and then extracted with HWE. Have had to do that a couple of times.
