when doing a demo for prospect demo with Cimex, not OP without the tank. WHY? They are more prone to ask "where does the dirt go"?

I tilted the OP machine back to relocate the pad and they were bending over looking under the driver. Then popped the question. I can see the director was impressed with the demo until his negative partner came in. Asking such questions as what kind of polymers is in the agents ect., how safe is the chemicals? trying to poor cold water on my whole thing. Its a good thing i reveiwed those things before i went to the presentation.

He was eating lunch so i told him that this solution is so safe that he can pour himself a glass of my solution and wash his sandwhich down with it and go about his daily activities.

The CMS was totally key in winning over the director and capped of with an impressive demo. Until that other guy came in and sowed doubt in his mind. I actually had fun knocking down the missles that guy was shooting at me.

Thanks
The Mask Man

There will always be someone that can bring questions concerning any from of cleaning. How I approach it is very simple take a white towel scrub an uncleaned area show them the dirt transfer, flip the towel to a clean area then show no transfer from an area just cleaned, then I ask if they would like to try. I try and keep it simple rather than alot of chatter most people only hear and retain 20% however visuals are better accepted and retained

There used to be a national company that did the white towel demo, but before doing the demo, they soaked the towels in Scotchgard and dried them prior to the demo. Some of you may remember that.
