Speaking of conquest,
I was hoping that someone have experienced the same problem i'm experiencing. The bag is pulling away from the dirt cup, right where the two are conneted by the plastic band that circles the whole cup.

Before i go to operating and possibly make it worse, sometimes it could take the simplest thing to fix it but we don't see it till we rip it apart and then we say "OOOhhh, thats all i had to do is ---------- ----------.

i Can't find my manual. Rambo any thoughts?

By the way, how have you liked using the Conquest with the dirt cup? I just got the dirt cup parts today and attached it to my conquest. All my other vacs have had disposable bags.

We're finding that most folks are now moving away from the dust cup. The dust cup doesn't perform as well, as it tends to leak after a bit of usage. I think the better choice is to yank the dust cup bag off altogether and replace it with a disposable bag system. You should see better suction with a disposable bag too.

You know I was thinking that it would affect air flow, but for some reason just wanted to try it out.

By the way, what is the disposable bag type (letter?) called for the conquest? Can't seem to find that info.

I like the dust cup cause i like to show the customer the soil that comes out of there carpet one quart of soil is a lot. When they see that, every time the response was "WOW"!
So i use that to stress the need to vacuum frequently.
I also like the dust cup cause its to easy dump.

On the other hand i've lately been thinking about the anti allergen bags. But i will get another conquest altogether with the bag. Best of both worlds.
