Your going to love it. We have two Cimex's. One is on its way to a job as I am typing this. We use them all the time. It takes a little getting used to feathering the trigger to feed your solution but other than that it is not difficult at all.

Cimex/OP/Bonnet

It is great for commercial work but would not use it as a stand alone method for residential. You can use it for residential but be sure to follow with OP or bonnet.

Ray,
Most folks purchase Cimex machines for commercial. That's what they're best suited for. OP is great for residential.

Of course if you need extra help you can always contact me personally and I will be happy to help you. Plus you can ask for suggestions on this forum too, Whatever it takes, we'll help you get up to speed and see the potential of your new Cimex. You'll see that it's really a piece of cake. Congrats on your new acquisition - you're gonna love it!

While most folks may purchase the Cimex for commercial, you can't always assume a person understands that. I think Ray's advice was warranted.

Just because he can't ship items correctley is no reason to discount all his advice. LOL!

I do have a few commercial accounts that I was planning on using the cimex for, but I was also hoping the use the cimex for residential too. Why do I need to op after the cimex on resi?

I use my cimex on residential anytime i get the chance, works great, saves alot of time.
Sometimes I follow-up with OP using my smalller challenger, sometimes not, really depends on the soil load.
You gonna love the Cimex
