Encap (in particular the Releasit brand) has been popular for a few years now. Millions upon millions of square feet have been cleaned with this technology. The encap process now has a history of satisfactorily maintaining literally miles of commercial carpeting. And as far as I know, everyone's hiney is still in good shape

Nothing has come near me, nor bitten me Down Under since I got Big Yella.

Even my boss likes to waltz with Big Yella.

And she certainly hasn't been bitten on her derriere'

I don't worry about what the uninformed or those with an agenda say or do..........as I said on another board,the only people who make a big deal out of methods or chemicals are us cleaners..........we have encapped the same places for years now with no problems.........we have a few very greasy restaurants that we extract on the third cleaning. They are the exception. Offices,medical facilities and hotels love the results,price and fast dry times. Happy customers is what counts,not the negativity expressed on the boards.
