Ever had pet urine & bird droppings...

Get a good urine chemical and scrub it in the area real good. Let it set for at least 15 minutes and then HWE. Put a blower on it and use bonnet to absorb any excess moisture. Apply your encap product over that area and you should be good on wicking. Make sure you charge extra for the urine.
