So if I'm reading this correctly you'll be doing 2400 sq ft monthly. Every other month you'll be adding 1000 sq ft for 3400 sq ft. Quarterly you'll be adding another 1000 sq ft for a total of 4400 sq ft.
Not to bad on the monthly for $210 for 2400 sq ft =$.08
every other month @.06 and the quarterly for 4400 for $210 @ $.04 per sq is cheaper than I'd want to go for that amount of sq ft. I guess with the straight away corridors it works out in your area.

The 2400 s.f. hallway has about 800 s.f. of area that has no traffic at all thats why so low @ .04 per s.f. The every- other is 1000 s.f. @ .10 per s.f. the quarterly is at 1168 s.f. @ .17 per s.f. In the end its an average of $210.00 per month for 2 hour of work / 3hours of work / and 4hours of work at quarterly. And as you mentioned may turn into more. Beats a blank!
