I appreciate your call back today. You spent a lot of time with me on the phone today giving me guidance on marketing. This is why when someone tells me I can buy my pads cheaper from Jon Don. I tell them I am loyal to Rick.

There is nobody else that will not only spend the time I need to guide me in the right direction, but also give me valuable advice I can trust.

Hey Dave I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation yesterday! (For those of you who may not know Dave, he's a pretty sharp guy.) I feel honored to be in a position to help you (or anyone else) grow your commercial business if I can. I kind of like to envision what we're doing here is that we're working together on the same team, helping you with your commercial business. So if I can "coach" anyone, I really love a chance to put my 26 years of experience in the commercial cleaning business to work! P.S. JonDon does NOT have the same pads that we sell. Our FiberPlus pads have a unique binder material in them. In fact we've recently upgraded the binder material to make our FiberPlus pads even better. We're always trying to improve our product line any way we can. The pads with the new binder material carry a description "ES Carpet Binder" on the label. This is a special binder material that's exclusive to Excellent Supply. Put our ES pads up against anyone else's pads and you can easily see the difference. Thank you for your loyalty!

I did notice that my older pads were different than the newer ones. They seem a bit firmer and thicker fibers.
