cotton pads

Hi guys, another newbie to the board for you to cope with, altho I have been encapping here in DownUnderLand for some years now!

Question I have is regarding cotton "towelling" type pads; been trying to get some to use wit my orbital machine, but have been told that none are available, anywhere, anyhow, anyway!! Does anyone have a source that they can suggest, and preferably something 16'' or smaller in diameter...

PS here is one I did a few days ago... trashed out, full restorative steam clean which got most of it out then followed up straight after with encap... twin effect of cleaning further (not everything came out completely with extraction) and drying off the carpet somewhat as well; an important consideration given that the weather here is cool and wet at the moment!

Customer had been told by another guy they were replacement territory, $385 later (4 small empty rooms) and one happy customer!!
