just got a call from a boat guy, he has a client that has a boat that has mold on the carpet and cushions. whats the chance I can get them cleaned with relisit and OP, or do I need something a little different?

I did a 26' power boat like that last month and have another one to do next week.
Now I don't want to get jumped by any mold remediation experts but all I can say is that the carpet came out looking pretty damn good

I'll start off by saying that we do not have CONCLUSIVE evidence that Releasit reduces mold. However we had a polymer scientist do a study for us with Releasit, and the results were encouraging. There appears to be a clear correlation in mold reduction with Releasit. I am in no way recommending Releasit as a treatment for "mold remediation", but it does appear to help in the reduction of mold content.

thanks for the input as always, love having this forum, it has saved me countless hours.

Yeah, in no way am i telling this cust. that i'm any kind of mold expert at all, they just want the boat to look good.

Ken, may i ask what you charged. It's a little smaller, and it's in Annapolis, Md ($$$ area).

It was a 1 hour job so $100.00
