First time using cimex on Residential

Today was the first time I used my cimex on residential carpet. One room was berber and the others were saxony. I Pre sprayed with encap punch and then used the cimex with ds and can I say woooooooooooooooooooooooooow. The berber carpet looked new and the living room carpet also looked new. A lot of the spots come up and it also fluffed the carpet pile. The customer said she wanted to move back in because it smelled and looked so good. The only problem was I had to move the machine up 13 stairs and I almost killed myself. I didn't have my brother there to help me. Never again on a two story. There where a couple of spots that didn't come up but you could tell that they where there a long time. One of the rooms had tons of paint on the carpet and I could of got it up with a lot of time. The customer told me not to worry about the paint by the walls. I wish the machine wasn't so heavy because I would use it on every job. Also Thanks rick for taking the time to talk to me and giving me great ideas.
