Pile lifting is most effective in front of encap cleaning. With the Certified brand Pile Lifter you may also want to follow up by running a vacuum cleaner behind the Pile Lifter to capture soil that the Certified Pile Lifter will pull up to the surface. The Certified Pile Lifter does an excellent job of opening the pile and pulling up crud, but it's not as capable of swallowing what it brings to the surface, and that's why I recommend a follow up vacuuming too. Yet in spite of the fact that it sometimes misses swallowing some of the debris, that Pile Lifter will prove to be a great addition to your arsenal and should help you to extract more of the dry soil that can be embedded deep down in the backing of a commercial glue down carpet. A Pile Lifter is a great tool for a cleaner who is serious about providing the best quality commercial carpet care since CGD carpet can really trap a lot of dry soil. You'll appreciate what it can do for you.
