Alex-
Yes by myself, no to the second half in the picture had not been stripped yet. I only strip a couple hundred feet at a time so I have time to dwell, edge, floor scrub, wet vacuum, and rinse before the stripper drys. Then when I'm all stripped and rinsed once, I rerinse, fan dry and finish coat.

Nice job Jeff. I love seeing a VCT floor just after it is completely finished.
Only problem is that after seeing those pics my VCT nightmares might come back.

I don't miss that stuff at all.

Just finished strip job in a small private school, what a pain due to floors not wanting to dry, but it does have it's advantages due to stripper not drying to fast also.

I wet out three classrooms with stripper at a time.
strip one room out re wet the others strip second room out put re wet third and apply stripper to a new room. I do this process till I am done.

I use a 320 speed buffer with a retaining ring to strip and a auto scrubber to pick up and rinse, if I did not have a scrubber no way I would do any stripping, or re coats.
