| I 'm targeting a group of class A buildings that are all on one street locally...I tried driving to a few of them, but it took SOOO long to drive around and pull over at every building (there's about 20 in one cluster)...Is there an easier way than to drive up to each one and try to find out who is responsible for the carpet cleaning?
Then...most of these buildings have multiple tenants, but usually is owned and maintained by a group of investors or real estate companies. So, the question is, do I target the companies that own and / or maintain the building, or visit each individual tenant in the building?
I know some of you guys are doing this right now - I'm just wondering what's working for you...
Thanks!

Where I live, these buildings are managed by a property management company.
Just google the address of the building you are interested in, and usually it will list a few tenants. Call them and find out who the property management company is. They are almost always more than willing to provide that information.
The buildings that I have been pursuing have the common areas cleaned, but the tenants take care of their own space. If you can get the building and do a good job, good chance you will get the tenants as well.
Now the challenge is convincing the property manger to care enough. I've been taking photos of the horrible carpet care these buildings are receiving. Makes no sense to invest all of that money on carpet, then throw it away.

I never thought of that - google the address - thats sounds like a good idea...
About the skateboard, well...I dont know, I would have to load up on anti-perspirants LOL...Funny you mentioned that Rick, I actually DO skateboard, but no more street tricks or ramps for me, I just use a longboard and cruise around - at 44 yrs old, I might have to pick up a wussie sport like bicycling or something LOL! (only kidding!)
As always, thanks for the advice guys...

That guy is trying so hard to flex for the camera, yet his biceps are only 8" big.
Of course he has 1% body fat, so I guess I can cut him some slack. |
