Steamin Demon for Sale/Trade

I have for Sale (with Ricks permission of course, thank you Rick) a very slightly used XL-15 Steamon Demon. The unit has onlt been used 4 or 5 times and is in excellent condition. The reason that I'm looking to sell or trade is that the Demon is the only extractor that is in my arsenal and my needs really fit more into a high pressure portable. I would just love to keep it as it's a great machine when flushing large areas of carpet, but my jobs are mostly residential and small commercial, and my beautiful wife is entering her radiology program at school this semester, thus she won't be working much so our finances won't allow both.

I'm located in the Washington D.C. area if thats any help to anyone out there.

I am looking for $2200 for the Demon. As for a trade, I would be looking for a high pressure portable with hoses and wand.

The closer to D.C. probably the better, maybe keep the delivery costs down, but if you have any interest please feel free to call me.

I have a used HT machine that may work for you..

it has the hide a hose autofill and pumpout...no heat..never used it on carpet, but it is adjustable..i took out the chem meter on it and re-did some hoses (what a fookin mess that was)

you would have to find a carpet wand, but i would send the hard floor wand and the little hard surface hand wand...
