Would anyone recommend the Demon to flush and extract a greasy restaurant?

Pre-scrub with your Cimex first.

Then flush the daylights out of it with the Steamin Demon.

The flushing capability of the SD is impressive!

Yes I would recommend one.
We use them all the time for this, with a CBM or a rotary.
sometimes I use a power head attached to the Demon

Yes Del such as a Roto Vac , but mine had a cylindrical brush with 3 04 jets on it It also have a view window it see the junk coming out.
