Money for Chairs??

Getting ready to quote 32,000 sf library. They want chairs moved from all desks and put back after. There are 2 conference/meeting rooms with about 2-3 dozen chairs that need moving and replacing.

Library one year old, carpet in good shape.

Do I need to charge higher sf for this extra labor? Sounds like a yes to me. So, if I charge .15 sf how much more would be reasonable to charge?

Thanks!!

Lou

Lou 1st it depends on your geographical area labor rates, 2is this a one time thing are is ti a repeat customer, if so then over a period of time how much is the contract worth 3rd and most important will you make a profit at $0.15?!?! we clean the whole library system here and recieve other business from them like water damages and such so we give them cuts and favors cause we due them twice per year..
