Ok, so I bought an Oreck orbiter when I first got into cleaning T&G. I started using it every now and then to agitate the prespray on traffic lanes etc.
I then bought a used CCSOP 17" to do more T&G and used it in a very limited fashion on a couple of carpet cleaning jobs.
I now have a 19" Cimex and the other two machines, I am about to purchase a Dodge Sprinter, so I'll now have enough room to carry one or maybe even all of these machines plus the TM and wands.
I have a cousin with ABM whose going to hook me up with some commercial jobs. I have a thriving residential business currently.
I have the most expensive part of the equation, BUT I don't know JACK about encapping. Treat me like I'm 3 and tell me what you'd do to proceed from this point.

Danny, if you can walk behind a baby pram or a lawn mower or even a wheel chair, then you can use a Cimex.

As Rick said, read those posts, don't be afraid of the "Mex; and start cleaning your own pad for practice.

On my first job, after a short while of watching, my wife took over from me while I talked to someone.

So if SHE can do it, ( I better say no more, she's bringing me coffee ).

Just remember the basics, thorough pre-vac first, juice in the tank, pads on, power on, solution flow tap open, lift head off the floor, release the Releasit, start engine, lower slowly to floor and start walking.

One other suggestion if you don't mind, come along to Connections in Lost Wages next month and meet up with all the guys that use Big Yella every day.

If you're unlucky enough, you may even meet me there
