Oriental Rugs

Just curious on what would be better on an oriental rug cleaning Cimex or HWE also has some dog urine in it? Thanks

That is a question that has multiple answers. I really don't have enough information to help you. Is the rug wool, cotton, synthetic, hand woven, machine made, etc?

However, here are some general guidelines. Typically in our shop when a rug has urine in it, we wash it. Encapsulation and HWE don't remove all the urine. Typically, HWE will just make it smell worse. Even cleaning it front and back will not get all the urine out. If you are not set up to wash rugs then I would take it to a rug plant in your area and let them clean it for you.
