I haven't read that particular Guerilla book.

However I have read...
Guerilla Marketing Excellence,
Guerilla Selling, and
Guerilla Publicity.

Everything by Jay Conrad Levinson is good stuff. Good but some of his stuff is not out of this world great. His books are like popcorn, they're fun to munch. And while it may not be a major revelation to you, you may find a thought or two that will prompt your next great marketing idea. So I'd say that reading this book (or any good marketing book) is certainly worth considering. Mr Levinson's stuff is a worthy addition to your business book collection.

Of the Guerilla books that I read, I liked Guerilla Selling the best out of the bunch. I would actually take it along with me when I was out soliciting for new business. And I'd stop and read it between calls to recharge my battery. I'd recommend that one highly.

Yes, I have it and have read it.  In fact I own and have read probably 80% of Conrad's books.  You will notice if read read four or five of them that he repackages the same info and/or updates it constantly.

If you have not read any of his other books that is as good as any to start with.

My advice buy his books on amazon.com- decent used copies are available for great deals, and what is more Guerilla then that?

Personally I like Brian Tracy. A sales mentor of mine made the statement that every book he has read has been worth reading. Reason being is if you only get one good idea out of a book. That 1 good Idea can make you thousands. So spending $9 on a book or ausio is always worth the money even if you only get 1 good idea.

Personally I like Brian Tracy, T Harv Eckard is also good and Required reading is "the E-Myth Revisited" by Michael E Gerber.

I also like Brian Tracy as well too.

In my opinion his two best, of all that I have of his, (and I have a fair amount).

Universal Laws of Success & Achievement- Audio CD's http://www.briantracy.com/catalog/product.aspx?pid=30&cid=18

The Way to Wealth Workbook- Includes CD ROM http://www.briantracy.com/catalog/product.aspx?pid=539&cid=18

The entire Way to Wealth Workbook is on the CD ROM and you can print out all the workbook pages, so it is like having a renewing workbook.  I am working my way through it- INCREDIBLE BUSINESS PLANNER!

254 pages of fill in the blank goal setting on guidelines for setting up and running a business.
