I liked it. Thats what alot of my jobs look like, before AND after.
I just did two rental homes about 3 months ago that looked just like that, even worse, nasty. When I left they looked great, not new, but nearly new.
But here's the kicker, last week the realty agent (yeah, last week) and says the owners (2 different owners mind you) complained to him that the carpets did'nt look like I even did anything. (I've been doing this for about 3 years now, NEVER had a complaint, only praise). He starts to chew ME out, let me tell you I stopped him dead in his tracks on that (did'nt get into being my own boss for that).
So there goes my perfect game of 0 complaints, goes to show you some people just out for a free lunch. Kinda makes me think about doing work for other realtors or their private landlords.

For all of us that go beyond expatations, keep up the great work guys.

p.s. I called this sucker right after I did the jobs for him like I do all my customers. Said check em out, let me know if they meet your approval ect.

One of the things I do as a follow up to encourage repeat and referral business is send them each 3 photos: 1) A before, 2) An after and 3) A contrast shot (1/2 clean, 1/2 dirty).

I have had new referrals say to me- "I saw the before and after photos you took of XXXX's carpet, I knew that I had to hire you."  NOTE----NO mention of price from these folks EVER!

I also keep copies of the pictures in their file too for my own reference.
